ELV8 Management is a trading name of Atlas South Technical Services, registered in England and Wales under company number 16092116, with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silver Streams House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. Contact us about anything in this notice by email at talent@elv8mgm.com or by phone on +44 7484 878778.

Still to add before publishing: your ICO registration number and the named person responsible for data protection enquiries. If you appoint a Data Protection Officer, their details must appear here too.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Links to your profiles, website, press coverage or portfolio
  • The content of your enquiry and any subsequent correspondence
  • Whether you are enquiring as an athlete, an artist, a brand or otherwise

Information we collect if you become a client or partner

  • Contract, performance and commercial terms
  • Payment and billing details
  • Identity documents where required for contracting or anti-money-laundering checks
  • Career history, availability and professional records relevant to representation

Information collected automatically

Our website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider and our form provider may log technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and delivery purposes. See section 8.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry — lawful basis: legitimate interests, namely operating and responding to approaches about our business.
  • To assess whether to offer representation — lawful basis: legitimate interests, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • To provide management services under an agreement — lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • To negotiate and administer commercial partnerships — lawful basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations — lawful basis: legal obligation.
  • To send marketing or industry updates — lawful basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • Brands, clubs, labels, promoters and other counterparties, where sharing is part of representing you and with your knowledge
  • Professional advisers including lawyers and accountants
  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under a written contract — for example email, cloud storage, form handling and accounting software
  • Regulators, law enforcement or courts, where we are legally required to do so

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. International transfers

We work across Europe and East Africa, and some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate. You can request details of the safeguards in place by emailing us.

6. How long we keep it

  • Unsuccessful enquiries — up to 12 months from your last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records and contracts — for the duration of the relationship and 6 years afterwards, to meet contractual and limitation-period requirements.
  • Financial and tax records — 6 years from the end of the relevant accounting period, as required by HMRC.
  • Marketing consents — until you withdraw consent, plus a suppression record so we don't contact you again.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Be told how your data is used, and to request a copy of it
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have data erased, where there is no continuing lawful reason for us to hold it
  • Restrict how we use your data while a concern is being resolved
  • Object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests
  • Object to direct marketing at any time
  • Receive your data in a portable format, where processing relies on consent or a contract
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that has already taken place

To exercise any of these, email talent@elv8mgm.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge, and we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

8. Cookies

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It uses no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page.

This section stops being accurate the moment you add Google Analytics, a Meta pixel, a chat widget, an embedded video or any similar tool. If you add any of those, you must add a compliant consent banner that blocks non-essential cookies until the visitor opts in, and update this section.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted storage and reputable service providers to protect personal data, and we limit access to those who need it. No system is completely secure, but if a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and inform you where required.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us first at talent@elv8mgm.com so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

This notice is a working draft prepared as a starting point. It is not legal advice. Have a solicitor review it before publication, particularly the sections covering international transfers, identity documents and retention, and register with the ICO if you have not already — most UK businesses processing personal data are required to pay the data protection fee.
